EN [Request] Give All members in channel server group

Hi, I was searching a lot for this script, but I didn't find anything.

My idea of the script is:

When Channel Admin type command !muteall, everyone in channel will get group Muted (defined by groupID), but the bot won't give that group to Channel Admin.
Next Command is !unmuteall, bot will remove group Muted to all members in channel.

Is it possible to script it?

Why don't you just edit the channel and set talk power?
