Solved webpage downloads instead of displaying

Trying to access the bot's webpage just downloads a .gz file instead of displaying it. Whats more is that the file is empty. There is nothing in it. My apache is also up to date and I cleared my browser cache and restarted everything.

FIXED: Config was using local file system!
