Haha it's pretty simple. I'd like to emphasis people to have TS avatars, so we have a "best avatar event" time to time.
If somebody has an avatar he or she is automatically takes part in the event.
We have a welcome message for everyone now, But the idea is, only the users who don't have an avatar would get the message about the event.
