Hey at first my english is not so good :)
here is my problem Thaht's 5.230.4.185 my teamspeak3 ip and you see it has no port and when i will delete the normaly port and agree the settings the port set again to the normaly port
can anyone help me?

Hey, the Port is 9987 - this is the Default from Teamspeak.
Every Server needs a Port ;)
 
It worked when its no port in there but now is a port in there and i cant change any settings

Stop the Instance, you can't edit the IP / PORT for running or Licensed instances.
