Solved !yt command line TS3 on windows

Hi there , im having some trouble with youtube-dl.

Premise: Everytime i tried to use youtube-dl it never worked, so this time i thought about a fresh installation.

I just re-installed TS3(x64 windows) & Sinusbot(Same). Freshly Fresh, works , Bot is running But YTDL half-works.
This time from the bot menu works. Upload>Download File> Put youtube Url and great it goes.

If i try to write in TS3 Chat !yt or !ytdl i got this:

<17:00:16> "Proxy's Bot":
You do not have permissions to use this command!
To get a list of available commands see !help

I searched a lot i cant find some info about, can you help me guys?
Ps. you need conf.ini or other stuff?

(edit Bot has Server Admin, we didnt change ts3 permission)

you need to bind your TS user to the sinusbot user account..
