i can't connect my bot to the ts3

That's not an IP, that's a server nichname. I don't know if the sinusbot supports server nicknames.
Try to connect the bots to the hostname ts24.nitrado.net with the port 12300

Is your bot turned off? While it is on and/or trying to connect, then you can't change it.
And maybe it doesn't work, as said above.

Yeah, we also don't know, because you provide (nearly) nothing useful.

It seemingly does. Guess it just "pastes" the entered value into the connect field of the client.

Yeah, but i don't think that the sinusbot converts it into the right format. The sinusbot starts the client with a "ts3server:\\" Link. And for that, the & in the server nickname has to be converted into %26.

Edit: nvm, I tried it with my sinusbot and it connects. The conversion works.
