I have a dedicated server and I have DirectAdmin installed on it.
Is it possible to run a bot on it? If so, I would ask for some tips.

Direct Admin is a software. We need to know the os.
But you can tell yourself if you try. Maybe use diagscript before. It should tell you if it works

This is not possible at the moment.

Ofcourse this is possible but i personally wouldn't do this.
I think you are better with virtualization of your server and running directadmin on a VM and the bot on another VM/Container
