It was tested with the current SinusBot beta version. May be your bot version is older and there is different API? https://www.sinusbot.com/api/ (methods that are used: login, instances, playUrl)

Make sure your bot http interface is available from the internet. You can check it here http://ping.eu/port-chk/

If you are running a bot on your home computer, and you don't know how to make NAT, then you can use https://ngrok.com to expose your local 8087 bot port to the internet. And then use "youraddress.ngrok.io" on MyInstants SinusBot Player web site.
