gege... erst war das ts-coach tutorial 2 Jahre total veraltet (mit alten xinit startbefehlen und uralt download link zum sinusbot) und nun packen die eine TS3 version rein die auch nicht funktioniert (atm jedenfalls) naja gut... Nächstes mal bitte diese Anleitung nutzen...

hast dich nicht an die anweisung gehalten. Das plugin fehlt welches du kopieren solltest laut anweisung (oder alternativ keine leserechte auf dem plugin, falls du es doch kopiert hast)

You can't resume a screen with a different user (atleast not that I know). And because you are logged in as root and sinubot can't be started as root there's your screen problem. For the rest, check back after your screen problem is fixed, maybe that's why.
