if your OS is windows i think you need to add .exe at the end of the path (yt-dlp.exe). It is hard to help if you do not attach log files or some information about your system.

Download yt-dlp from https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/releases for your OS. Edit your sinusbot "config.ini" and change YoutubeDLPath = "/your/path/to/yt-dlp" to the path of your downloaded yt-dlp. Restart sinusbot, done!
