    Discord Bot not working after internet crash

    Hey, My internet went down for a brief moment and both of my bots on TeamSpeak and Discord went down as well. I could boot up the TeamSpeak one completely fine but the Discord one says it is on but it isn't and I can't shut it down. Attempting to use the Start/Restart button does nothing.
