    Bot not auto reconnect on sinusbot start.

    Today I install sinusbot on Debian 9 and it not auto-reconnect to my teamspeak 3 server that I save on instance. But on Windows Server or Debian 8 ( as i move to Debian 9 ) it's connect automatically.
