Hi!

I have an idea, we should add a !say or !msg command.

It works like this: !say [all|nickname_of_the_recipient] <msg>

And in the chat wo could see a message like: "MESSAGE: (Bot -> Everyone) - Hello world!".

Is it possible?

Heyho,

it is possible, but it's nothing for the Core.
You could do it with a Script. - However, I do not know why you need this. Write to the people's directly.
For the 'everyone' part there is a script called advertisement, this is fine.

why not just PM them? and for message everyone, use server chat? Or there's teamspeak addons that are capable of mass poking
