Feature Add album name to announce string

I play a lot of game soundtracks with the bot, and it would be nice if the album title could be announced too so people don't need to google what game a track is from.

Hope this isn't too bad to implement!

That only seems to let the bot change the channel name and description. It doesn't do anything to the bot's announce string. It also makes no mention of album titles, though it does let you set a radio station name.
