Bug [Approved] Title and Artist missing when using a Soundcloud playlist

TS3 Version: 3.0.18.2

Problem Description
Soundcloud playlists don't have Artists/Titles. Tried a Youtube playlist to confirm my instance is working fine. The Youtube playlist shows Artists/Titles. Using the latest youtube-dl version-

youtube-dl seems to be working fine. Tried downloading the playlist outside the bot and everything was generated properly.
