Avatar not working

I upload an avatar, and it doesn't come up

it just worked for me...
you have to wait for the file to be uploaded and it need to be bigger than 200x200

Weird. Made it 300x300 and it still doesnt work

Have the botgroup the perms to upload Avatars? (in teamspeak)
Also the filesize should be edited

That's the folder which the avatar is supposed to be in. What should I name a picture I upload to there?

No not uploading with ftp.
Just click "upload avatar" in your webinterface at your instance settings
