Als root kann ich den nicht ausführen und als Benutzer kommt das

All deine Probleme sind eigentlich im sinusbot wiki unter der Installationsanleitung abgedeckt.

Du hast atm scheinbar eine .lock datei, weil du versucht hast den Bot als root zu starten, diese muss nun manuell gelöscht werden. Des weitern war auf der vorherigen Thread-seite scheinbar eine fehlende permission des Linux user verantwortlich für den permission denied fehler.
