Bot "Ducking" even though its turned off

My but has ducking turned off so that if people talk it doesn't matter it should keep playing but it ducks anyway? I've also tried making it so that it ducks but the number is 0 so it doesn't duck at all but both don't work? Does anyone know how to fix this?

Follow that:

1. Press on the Keyboard: "The Windows Key" + R
2. Paste that into the run Box:

   "C:\WINDOWS\System32\rundll32.exe" C:\WINDOWS\System32\shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL C:\WINDOWS\System32\mmsys.cpl

3. Select the Communication Tab (last one)
4. Select there the last checkbox (do nothing or something like that)

it is already like that, also i think its the bots fault cause it doesnt semi mute itself for others its only me?
