Solved Bot not connecting

Hi my bot is not connecting i have loglevel=10 my bot tries to connect but it doesnt enter heres the errorss:

those error its from when i start the bot

Which Version of the Bot you use? and which OS? Debian 7?

DID IT
The problem was with the debian 7.7 64x host
They had a problem with the locales so i wipe the vps put a unbuntu version and bomm it works

fine!

But I only use minimal Images Debian on OpenVZ and the locales can be super easy after installed Maybe it's a fault of the Images of your provider.
