TS3 Version: 3.0.18.2

Problem Description
I have run sinusbot on Windows Server 2012 when u start a instance. I got this on Instance log and bot not come

Could not prepare listeners: Access is denied.
 
I have a VPS with Windows Server 2012 and I click to open Sinusbot it opens the process and closes automatically and I have tried to reinstall the TS / SinusBot and it does not work the same way: / In the previous updates the program worked normally.

I do not know if I can answer here for this, and can someone help me too?
