Bot Won't Start

I am running windows and the bot was working yesterday but when i went to launch it today it wouldn't launch. I think this may be because my teamspeak servers ip has changed but i can't get on the webpage to change the teamspeak ip for the bot. Also i had youtube dl working but now the bot stops on "youtube-dl checking...".
