Solved Bot won't use scripts on users in other channel

I set Tunakills Rankingsystem so that everyone who is on the server for more than 8 hours should get the proper group.
The problem is that if a player is not in the same channel as a bot, the bot will not get any group.

How to fix that?
 
SOLUTION
Forgot to set i_client_max_channel_subscriptions to -1
Also make sure to have i_channel_subscribe_power set to 75
