sudo apt-get install libpcre3

und dann versuch nochmal

mit sudo apt-get install libpcre3 hat nicht funktioniert
mit dem apt-get install libpcre3 hat funktioniert wie geht es weiter ?

Öhm. Sollte eigentlich überall gutlaufen. Mit CentOS gibts glaube ich kleine Probleme aber ansonsten egal.
