By testing the newly released beta, I found a bug in the part of setting a ServerGroup-ID to be any value of the error as shown in the image attached to that post.

Any value added in the ServerGroup-ID field will appear that error in the top right of my screen, being unable to save and in this way neither associate a group with permissions to use the sinusbot via chat commands in teamspeak
 
Thanks for reporting! Can you please try again after you purged your browser's cache?
 
Yes I already did this and the error continues. I returned to the previous version 0.13.37-9791176 and the option returned to save normally
