Bug Can't edit Hostname/Ip of instance - Defaults to n00b

Hi,
My Sinusbot has been working correctly recently up until yesterday where I noticed that all of the instances were not connected to the server.
I checked and saw that the "Hostname" has changed to "n00b" and when I try to click on the field to change it by clicking on the box it does not allow me to enter text at all.
I have tried restarting the whole sinusbot server on my VPS t ofix this however that didn't do anything, I've attached a screenshot to show what this looks like:

Did you keep the standard logins admin:foobar?

Yeah I did, im running it on a vps for a server where its just me and a few friends

Update: It was someone who found my server's IP and logged in to mess with it...
