Bug Can't edit user settings / permissions

Hello!

I've tried the stable version almost everything is working
i can add users but i can't make a change there
i can't give the new user account permissions(images stays red) or edit something like the server group
the page loads for a time but after some waiting i don't got any response and it keeps unchanged. tried it in multiple browsers


Now i've got the newest beta version clean install
And i've got exact the same issue

didn't even see anything in the logs

I'm having the same problem, doesn't matter what browser. I have attempted to reinstall Sinus bot, TeamSpeak, and the OS.
