Bug Can't play any playlist | Error: Could not playback the selected file / stream.

I can't play any playlist from Youtube or Soundcloud.
All works fine, radio, queue except Playlists Stream.
Error: Could not playback the selected file / stream.

Fresh install with Sinusbot 0.9.9-8f70ff3
Ubuntu 14.04 x64

For some reason the bot works fine for a short time, and I get this:

This messages comes from the Updater and looks like a Connection Timeout

Looks like some scripts could not loaded.

Is your server under heavy load? Apply please a Screenshot of top / htop or use this: https://forum.sinusbot.com/threads/diagsinusbot-sh-sinusbot-diagnostic-script.831/
Also interessting is what kind of connection your server have.
Except the warning of the scripts it looks for me like you running in Traffic Limitations.
