Change streaming url via TS command

Hi!

I want the bot to only be able to play music from pre-defined list of stream urls. I have added several url's to 'all music' list, and now I want the user in teamspeak to be able to change the radio based on their preferences.

While writing this post, I've found possibility to make this via playlist management. Nevertheless, I will post it as it took me 2 days to come to this solution
