Problem Description
Have the chat commands for Discord been implemented? If so, should be commands be sent in a voice channel or private message?

I have found so far the bot is only accepting commands via private messege. But you first have to use the register command and apply your username, then login to webpanel and apply settings. Then the commands will work for you.

Sorry for the bump, but I can't get it to accept my commands, neither in channels nor private messages. It'll respond to !register, !help, and !playing, but that's it. I've bound it to an identity, but that's as far I've gotten towards getting it to work.
