Connection to ts.funcraft.net

First of all, I apologize for my inaccurate English, because I am French.



Operating System: Linux Debian 8
SinusBot Version: 0.9.16-10f0fad
TS3 Version: 3.0.19.4


Problem Description :
Since a few weeks, I can not connect my bot on the teamspeak of funcraft (ts.funcraft.net)
I tested everything and tried: the server address is good, there is no default password and channel, identity and ip are not banned, the license of the server is true , The security level of the identity is good and the version of teamspeak is the last.

I noticed that this is no longer working since the server has increased its slots until 2000.
I think the problem comes from sinusbot who believe that the server's license is unofficial.

The sinusbot doesn't prevent you from connecting to servers. That's all in the teamspeak client.

First of all thank you for your help !

Yet when I install an older version of sinubot, I can connect on this server without problems.
And with the version I currently installed I can connect to all teamspeak servers except this one.

I know this does not prove anything but funcraft is a company (ascentia), so I do not think they lie.

The port 9987 is redirected to the port 2015 and i have already tried to connect with ip 151.80.108.88 and port 2015 but it does not work.

The bot not runs on the same host as teamspeak server.

My bot can connect to all the teamspeak servers except this one.
My friends who have not updated sinusbot can connect their bot to the teamspeak server.

This line tells me that you're either doing funny business there (namely blocking blacklist checks), or that you have issues with the connectivity of your server.
Can you ping the destination server from your server? Can you ping / establish connections to any servers at all?

I can ping the destination server from my server, so I do not have connection problems with the server.

The teamspeak server site is : https://www.funcraft.net/ (Funcraft is a project of ascentia)
I do not know if it's a license or something, but they got permission from teamspeak.
I'm not a member of the company so I do not know.

i don't know what they do but i found here nothing for "Ascentia" or "Ascentia SAS" -> http://hosting.teamspeakusa.com/ check it your self. You could try it also with TS3 Index, and you will see they are listed but not your company.
I don't think the problem is so on our side, please go now to the support there and request the ATHP Badge or a VALID proof until this we can not do anything. It looks like the client does not connect for a reason blacklisted / graylisted server or so.

what ever as i said it is not a problem on OUR side, may it is the server also flyth mentioned the blacklist check could not finish so it is a problem on your side.

I've tried to connect also with the Sinusbot to the 'ts.funcraft.net' teamspeak server. It was successfull, so the issue is on your server which hosts the sinusbot. I guess it has to do with the blacklist as @flyth already said. Good luck^^
