I installed sinusbot on a clean and up-to-date vps with sinusbot installer : https://sinusbot-installer.tk/I've tried to connect also with the Sinusbot to the 'ts.funcraft.net' teamspeak server. It was successfull, so the issue is on your server which hosts the sinusbot. I guess it has to do with the blacklist as @flyth already said. Good luck^^
This is also not a problem on our side.Hi,
Got the same problem, can't connect to ts.funcraft.net, but got news from sinusbot logs : http://pastebin.com/yV6W0cfe
Line 13, the server said i'm banned. But nothing in the ts3 banlist...
This is also not a problem on our side.
Generate a new TS Identity and try again.
I contacted the admins at the same time as he did, the problem is not this one for me.It still is most likely a problem between you and the server. Seems @lucas2107 has been banned indirectly as well, so please ask the serveradmins for help.
We cannot help you any further here.
Yet when I ping the server it respondsSee: if you can connect to any server but this one, and I assure you that the bot will not handle that funcraft server in any special way, then it's between your server and their server. From the _client_ logs you posted, I can see that there has been no contact whatsoever between those two servers. So either their server is not replying or your server is unable to reach theirs at all. But that's on you to evaluate and fix. As said, we cannot help you any further.
Coincidence. See:The sinusbot version of lucas is 0.9.15 and my version is 0.9.16
Before I did the update, it worked very well for me.
That line tells you that the CLIENT did fail to connect. The bot only starts the client and as you can see it still does that after the update. The bot does not interfere with the connection whatsoever.2017-01-06T19:10:35+01:00 TS |INFO |ClientUI |1 |Failed to connect to server, want autoreconnect = 0
Which for me just strengthens the theory of them blocking you by software (ban list).Yet when I ping the server it responds

2017-01-07T18:39:15+01:00 The bot could not connect. This might have several reasons: the server doesn't exist at that address, the server password is wrong, the default channel doesn't exist, the bot has been banned, the server is an illegal installation or the password is wrong , the security level of your identity is too low or your client version is outdated (the server doesn't allow it anymore).
