Could not import file after I used --force-ipv4

Hello, I got banned on youtube-dl recently and I used '--force-ipv4' in /etc/youtube-dl.conf and I have this error https://i.imgur.com/uDt2w1c.png

When I go back with 'force-ipv6', I got this back https://i.imgur.com/ne400NI.png
