Could not open /tmp/.sinusbot.lock. Is SinusBot already running?

Operating System: Linux
SinusBot Version: 0.9.x
TS3 Version: 3.0.19

Problem Description
When I run sinusbot with my ts3bot user with this command:
xinit /opt/ts3soundboard/sinusbot -- /usr/bin/Xvfb :1 -screen 0 800x600x16 -ac
It returns

ts3bot@vps3:/tmp$ xinit /opt/ts3soundboard/sinusbot -- /usr/bin/Xvfb :1 -screen 0 800x600x16 -ac

xinit: XFree86_VT property unexpectedly has 0 items instead of 1
Could not open /tmp/.sinusbot.lock. Is SinusBot already running?
xinit: connection to X server lost

waiting for X server to shut down

start the sinusbot via a startscript (see faq/wiki for instructions)

you can solve this problem by following this faq:

I Found A solution to stop it
First Go To:
Code:
root@ubuntu: cd /tmp
root@ubuntu:/tmp ls -a

Then Stop Both Of These
Code:
rm -r .sinusbot.lock
rm -r .X11-unix

And Ur Don3 Now Launch Ur Sinusbot easily ./sinusbot repat it again if this problem occurs
