Solved Error SSH with youtube dl

Hello, i have an error when i try to play a music on youtube.

• used version: 0.9.13-3609644
  
• used operating system (e.g. Windows, 64bit): Windows 10 64 bits
  
• hardware specs (e.g. VPS, Core i7, 8 GB RAM): Intel Core i3 4Go RAM
  
• used browser (and maybe plugins): Firefox

When i try to download a music, with the /yt command, /youtube or directly in the "Upload" section, i have this error:

i've tried to redownload youtube dl, and reinstall sinusbot, but it doesn't work. Any ideas?
When i put "loglevel" to 10, i can see that:

You're using a non https youtube link, try it with https

echo "--no-check-certificate" >> /etc/youtube-dl.conf

That should work

Yes when i try with --no-check-certificate it works but i'm on windows and i have the exe file (youtube-dl.exe). I don't know where is the config file?
When i try http or https it doesn't work anywhere.

"youtube-dl uses now %APPDATA%\youtube-dl\config.txt or C:\Users\<user name>\youtube-dl.conf "

ok, thanks you a lot, i know that the config file is at %APPDATA%\youtube-dl\config.txt, but like the config file wasn't created, i don't know what i need to do (sry for my bad english).
