.getClients only returns online clients.

Well even if there was a way I think it would be very expensive since TeamSpeak can have thousands of clients in DB. What do you want to use it for? And it's possible through query.

i need this to detect unused clients, for example to remove them from server groups

there is a setting which you can set inside your teamspeak config which deletes unused clients from groups the setting is named

dbclientkeepdays=30
