HELP | Does WINDOWS 2008 SERVER not run?

I bought a vps yesterday with windows server 2008 I downloaded the bot but when I click open, nothing happens!

I start my bot, the process appears in less than 1 second the process disappears, and the bot does not open, in the log files it only loads the scripts, when it arrives in the last script it stops.
