How I Can Use Speech-Recognition

Today I learned that Sinusbot supports speech recognition. I used this tutorial https://forum.sinusbot.com/threads/using-speech-recognition.1693/ and performed all of the steps. But the example of the plugin does not work. What can I do wrong?
