How to disable commands?

What do you mean with group command?
You just need to remove the users which shouldn't use some commands for example !yt or !stream the corresponding permission in the user settings

Remove !yt and !next from "Plyback" group or move to another group

Sometimes the users just spam !yt !yt !yt and it overload the server with useless downloads
