How to download 1.0.0-beta2 !

I have an kernel -3.17 and i want to download an old version.

This wont help you, release of ts server 3.10.0 will be on 31. October and then you will need to have a 3.3.0 cloent in order to connect to the ts server

Edit: update has been postponed to 6. November
