I can not bring my translation file

Hello, I have a problem with my translation file (downloaded to your forum), I can not get it to work, that is to say, I tried to find the local file in A tree structure "/opt/ts3soundboard/data", unfortunately I did not find, so I created, I slid the file (fr.json) and after rebooting my SinusBot, my translation does not appear in the part "Custom Settings".
