If i understand you correct you want to Host Sinusbot? This is not allowed without a Hoster License, only for Private Usage.
I say it directly before you ask we have currently no Sponsoring License.

If you want to build a own Interface, use the API of the bot. Look at the Forums there is a PHP API Class.
