Feature Importing/Exporting playlists.

Currently, there isn't an easy way to import/export playlists.. so i suggest adding one :)

Here's how i think the "export playlist" button should look like:

And here's how i think the "import playlist" button should look like:

I suggest this exports and imports .m3u playlists by default.
