Feature Increase Playlist Limit (or add config option)

Hello everyone !

I'm having an issue on SinusBot. I've put it on a VPS (Debian 8) and everything is working fine BUT I can't create more playlist than the one that I already have.
I don't think this is very clear, so here is a link to a video that's I've recorded (30sec) I'm sure you will understand pretty fast what is my issue.

I didn't see anyone that has the same problem as me, any idea where it comes from ?

it is blocked to 20. And there is no way of modifying it.

Nothing is solved here. The limit is 20.
you can use folders tho as workaround.
