(The init.d-Startscript is not an official part of Sinusbot and therefore there is no official support for that.)
It's also hard to help if we do not know your exact operating system, as there may be big differences between each version of Ubuntu. Anyway, please update your TS3 client to 3.19.x - 3.0.12.2 is quite old and may not properly always work as expected and may contain any vulnerabilities.
I also have no clue about how and where you installed your startscript from. We need more details to be able to give you more help. But I would recommend to just re-download the initd-Script from @Xuxe and configure it as stated in the thread in this forum.
