Hey so me and some friends were messing around in my Teamspeak server, and i jokingly banned everyone (including sinusbot) for one second, nowsinusbot won't get back into the server, what do i do?

Remove the ID(s) and/or the IP(s) from the banlist. ;)

Then it's not the ban preventing sinusbot to join your server.
Did you restart your bot service? Did you try logging in with the ID of the bot account manually via TS-GUI-Client?
