EN Listing of twitchstreamers in the channel description [TS].

Hello,
I am looking for a script to list different twitch streamers in a channel description for TeamSpeak.
A small description of each streamer, preferably with a clickable image, would be ideal.

Maybe such a plugin already exists and I can't find it. I would be happy about a positive answer. Thank you !

Yes, I already searched by tag, but everything I could find was not that what I was looking for
