A first preview of the unlimited version of SinusBot can be found in the Upcoming Changes thread. A version for Windows will follow, but we don't have a release date, yet.

You don't need to restart the bot for those changes to take effect. After you save the instance settings, they apply. Update to the latest version of sinusbot and see if the same occurs.
