[Question] Blue bar on upload page

today i uploaded 70 files and im so confused about that bar!

All my files were 10mb and my upload is 0.45kb/s and it take 5 minutes every file but that blue bar fill up to 99% (http://prntscr.com/9087jm) in about 20 sec, so now i would like to know what that bar stand for? i figured it is not upload status because after 20 sec it is already at 99% and it dont move till the song is fully uploaded to the bot this take 5 minutes.

I hope someone can help me because im realy confused :(

That bar is just an indicator showing that something is happening in the background, not a real progress bar. Mainly because the frontend uses a lot of ajax.
A real progress bar is still missing but that has pretty low priority right now.
