Feature Server Chat log vor savety

Hi guys, i've got a question

Is it possible to write a plugin which logs the server chat and saves it in a .log file. to understand who moved someone in a channel for savety reasons?

Or does a plugin already exist?

Go into setting of your server

Right clic on you're server -> Edit virtual server -> Logs -> Select you're log
Go to tools -> Server log (CTRL + SHIFT + L)
