Did you download youtube-dl.exe into the folder where your sinubot is installed?
If not: Follow the guide for installing youtube-dl on windows that can be found in the Documentaion.

So did you install the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)"?

You cold also try redownlaoding youtube-dl.exe.
If all of this doesn't work then either there is something wrong with your computer or you did something wrong.
